"Pleasant Shopping Journey"
Placing my order online was a breeze. The site was super easy to navigate. Collecting my items from a local store was a real plus. The team there was quite helpful. I really liked that I could send back the shoes that were too small and get a new pair, even with them being on sale.

"Fabulous Service from Melissa"
Melissa at the shop is just great. She suggested some sandals to swap out for the ones I couldn't get. I really like the emails about sales, just the right amount. Most importantly, the two pairs of sandals I bought are awesome. Thanks a bunch, Shumaker.

"Bought Stepwel sandals again and faced issues..."
I got the same Stepwel sandals as I did last year. This time, a different brand sent me mismatched innersoles, and the right shoe feels tighter. I reached out to customer service to return them and get a new pair, but they said it wasn't possible. What kind of service is that?? Their website clearly displayed the Stepwel brand. I've been a loyal customer for many years, and I'm really let down.

"Orthopedic Footwear"
I purchased some shoes that allow for the insole to be removed so I could use my orthotics. The concept is fantastic and the cost is quite reasonable, but sadly my feet were not pleased. The orthotics slid in perfectly, but the shoes themselves didn’t fit just right. The leather felt stiff and caused discomfort.
Returning them was a breeze. The staff member handling the return was super friendly and courteous.

I expected to get a heads-up when the item arrived, but that didn’t happen. Maybe I misunderstood something. It would’ve been nice to know who was in charge of shipping and delivery when I placed my order.

"These shoes are a hit with my dad!"
My dad is a big fan of these shoes and has been wearing them for four decades. When he needed a new pair, it took me ages to track one down. In the meantime, I tried ordering three other pairs that looked similar, but he wasn't impressed and mentioned he was dealing with foot and knee discomfort from them. He was thrilled to finally get this pair and said that since he started wearing them, his foot and knee issues have disappeared. The only downside is how tricky it is to find his size. I would’ve snagged two or three pairs if they had them, but there was just one pair in stock online.

I placed an order for my shoes online, and they were ready for free pickup at the store in no time. The manager at the Pen Centre reached out via email to inform me they were set for collection, plus I got notifications from the package tracker. That was a lovely personal touch. When I got to the store, he greeted me warmly and ensured the shoes fit just right. Overall, it was a smooth transaction. I'm really pleased with my new kicks.

"The Kelly Slip-On Shoe is Perfect for Work"
I'm really into the Kelly slip-on shoe for my job. I've been wearing them for quite a few years now. After Payless shut down, I grabbed a pair from Amazon, but they disappeared too. I discovered them here and couldn't be happier. I've experimented with a ton of different styles and wasted a lot of cash trying to find a good fit, but this Kelly shoe is truly the best.

I was really happy with the service. After my husband went to the store and couldn't find the shoes he liked, I decided to order them online. They arrived at the store in just 72 hours. The fit is spot on, and my husband loves how they look and feel.

"Total disaster and a terrible experience..."
What a complete mess! I ordered four pairs, and after a week, you went ahead and canceled all of them. How can you take folks' money and then just cancel their orders? It shows a total lack of respect. I can't even explain to my friends that I got them a gift. This was a massive blunder, and honestly, not even a proper excuse from your end.

"Awesome Deals and Styles"
I was really taken aback to find that every pair of boots was priced at $39.99. I ended up ordering three pairs. Two of them showed up and they were fantastic—the sizing was spot on and the quality and design were impressive! Unfortunately, the third pair didn’t make it, but when I contacted customer support, they got back to me super quick to inform me that those boots were out of stock. Overall, it was a really great experience!

I ordered some boots online and when they arrived, I noticed that one of the pairs just didn’t suit me. So, I headed to the store to return them, and the clerk informed me about a cool in-store deal they had going on. I tried on a couple of other pairs, but in the end, I couldn’t find anything that worked. Returning the first pair was a breeze, and the clerk was super friendly and helpful throughout the process. Really impressed with the customer service!

I've now bought boots and booties four times during the pandemic, and the experience has consistently been excellent. Just a little tip: some designs run a bit small, so you might need to size up (which I’ve done myself). However, switching from an online order to in-store has been super smooth. I'm eyeing a few more styles, but for now, I'm a really satisfied customer and glad to back a Canadian store ;).

"Thrilled with my online shoe shopping experience!"
I was really pleased to shop online for the right shoe size. The customer service team was super nice, explaining how the in-store pickup at Promenade Mall in Thornhill, ON operated and when I could grab my order. The staff at the store were fantastic and went above and beyond to help me find other shoe options. I’ll definitely be checking back in early spring.
